A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any of the following procedures:

• Hair tint on scalp such as full head tint, tint regrowth, toner or balayage with root tint. Not necessary for highlights unless toner is required.

• Eyelash or eyebrow tint or henna

• Spray tan

Patch testing for any type of lash extensions not required unless requested.

To patch test a small amount of the solution required will be placed either behind the ear or on the fold of the arm to test for reaction. If reaction occurs solution is to be rinsed off immediately and contact us to let us know of the result. If this happens unfortunately we will not be able to go ahead with the treatment. If no reaction occurs within the time allocated for the testing the treatment may go ahead. If delayed reaction occurs after patch test you will need to let us know ASAP and the treatment will not be able to go ahead.
