All treatments require a non-refundable deposit on booking, which will be deducted from the total amount on completion of the booked service.This will be specified during booking.

 

Please allow at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, if less than this amount of time is left a 50% fee of the total service is required before you are able to book in for another appointment.

If you have not shown up to the appointment or cancellation notice is given after the appointment starts, 100% of the fee is required.
